Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Consent to Store Card Information

By providing your payment card details, you authorize Subzero to securely store your card information for future billing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for recurring services, one-time service fees, or outstanding balances.

2. Use of Stored Card Information

Your stored card information will be used to:

  • Process payments for scheduled or recurring home services (e.g., maintenance plans, subscriptions)
  • Charge for additional services requested by you, such as emergency repairs or add-on services
  • Settle any outstanding balances related to services provided

We will notify you via email prior to charging your card for non-recurring services, unless you have explicitly agreed to automatic charges.

3. Security of Card Information

We are committed to protecting your payment card information. Your card details are stored securely in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We use industry-standard encryption and tokenization to ensure your information is never stored in plain text.

4. Authorization for Charges

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Subzero to charge your stored card for:

  • Recurring service fees as outlined in your service agreement or maintenance plan
  • One-time charges for services requested or completed
  • Any outstanding balances due to declined payments or incomplete transactions

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on your card to cover authorized charges.

5. Updating or Changing Payment Information

You may update or change your stored card information at any time by contacting customer service at subzerocleaners@gmail.com. If your card is declined, expires, or is otherwise invalid, we will notify you and request updated payment information.

6. Removal of Card Information

You may request the removal of your stored card information by contacting us at subzerocleaners@gmail.com. Upon removal, we may require an alternate payment method to continue services.

7. Recurring Billing

For customers enrolled in recurring service plans, your stored card will be charged according to the agreed billing cycle at the rate specified in your service agreement. You may cancel your recurring service plan by providing 30 days written notice to subzerocleaners@gmail.com.

8. Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge on your stored card, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable data protection laws and adhere to payment processor regulations. Your card information is handled in accordance with industry standards to ensure privacy and security.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to secure your card information, Subzero is not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches caused by third-party actions beyond our control.
